Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay through La Jolla With Pam (“we”, “us”), you (“guest”, “you”) agree to these terms, the applicable cancellation policy, the house rules for the property you book, and any additional confirmation you receive. The lead guest must be 18 or older (or the legal age in California) and responsible for all occupants.

Reservations are confirmed only after payment is processed successfully through PayPal. The total shown at checkout is an itemized estimate that is recalculated and validated on our server before payment. Payment details are processed by PayPal and never stored by us.

You agree to comply with the property’s house rules, including:

• Check-in after 4:00 PM; checkout before 11:00 AM.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM at both properties.
• No smoking anywhere on either property; a $1,000 fine applies for smoke odor detected inside.
• No pets allowed at either property.
• Village Villa: the hot tub may not be used during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM) or by children under 12; street parking is recommended over the steep driveway.
• Please respect neighbors and comply with all City of San Diego noise ordinances.

Guests are responsible for the property during their stay, and must report any damage promptly. The owner may charge for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM on the dates shown in your confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out generally cannot be granted because our cleaning team uses the full window between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Swimming, water sports, and hot tub use are at your own risk. You agree to supervise children at all times and to follow safety instructions posted at the property. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your stay.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego County, California.
