Beachfront Bliss is located directly across from La Jolla Shores beach, offering unobstructed ocean views, a front patio with a gas fire pit, and a built-in Sonos sound system. Village Retreat is a spacious 2,700 sq. ft. Spanish-style home in the heart of La Jolla Village, featuring a private hot tub, a pool table, and easy walking access to La Jolla Cove and local shops and restaurants.

The 1940s-era driveway is very steep and narrow. We strongly recommend street parking, which is generally available. The driveway is not suitable for SUVs or low-profile vehicles, and you use it at your own risk.

The two-story 1940s home has central AC with the thermostat locked between 69°F and 80°F to prevent freezing. Heat rises, so the upper level may be warmer than the lower level, and the front rooms (near the HVAC) will be cooler than the back rooms.
