The spa cannot be used during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM). Guests must shower to remove sand/lotions before entering.
Parking
Street parking is recommended and generally available. The steep, narrow 1940s driveway is not suitable for SUVs or low-profile vehicles; use at your own risk.

The thermostat is locked between 69°F – 80°F to prevent freezing. The upper level may be warmer than the lower level.
